Automatic self-gripping clamp

Suitable for aluminium, A.C.S.R., round steel wire for a range between 45 mm and 57 mm diameter. Made of high tensile alloy steel, hot forged, heat-treated, precision machined and zinc-plated with a complete range of interchangeable liners.

The innovative design of IR3103 Raptor clamp, “semi-eucentric” type, allows an easy alignment between the self–gripping clamp and the conductor during the stringing operations, ensuring a perfect alignment of the elements and avoiding conductor rotation and bending.

IR3103 Raptor is equipped with different “double barycentric grip” anchoring points in order to simplify the lifting and the stringing operations. The plugs are supplied with grease nipples.
